By purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

NBA AI provides AI-powered call handling, lead capture, and related automation services for businesses.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis and may be updated, modified, or improved from time to time.

3. Subscription and Billing

NBA AI is provided on a subscription basis.

Your subscription begins when your payment is successfully processed.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.

Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, will be added at checkout.

4. Trial Offer

Where a trial offer is provided, the trial period and pricing will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically continue at the advertised monthly rate unless cancelled before renewal.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal provided by Stripe or by contacting NBA AI support.

If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Configuring call forwarding where required.
• Ensuring compliance with any applicable laws and regulations relating to your business and customer communications.

7. Service Availability

While we aim to provide a reliable service, NBA AI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

From time to time, maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control may affect service availability.

8. No Guarantee of Results

NBA AI is designed to assist with call handling and lead capture.

We do not guarantee any specific business results, sales outcomes, lead volumes, or revenue increases.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solid Ethos Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time where reasonably necessary.

Where practical, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
