Fair Use Policy

1. Overview

NBA AI is designed for small and local businesses handling everyday call volumes. To keep the service fairly priced for everyone, we apply a fair use limit on agent minutes each month.

The vast majority of customers will never come close to this limit — it exists only to protect against unusually high usage.

2. Included Minutes

Each subscription includes 500 agent minutes per calendar month.

This is equivalent to over 8 hours of call handling — more than enough for a typical local business receiving everyday enquiries.

3. Overage Charges

If your usage exceeds 500 minutes in a calendar month, additional minutes are charged in blocks:

Overage charges are calculated at the end of each billing month and applied manually to your account. You will always be notified before any additional charge is made.

4. What Counts Towards Your Minutes

Agent minutes are counted from the moment Mandy connects to a call until the call ends. Unanswered calls or calls that do not connect do not count towards your allowance.

6. Website Chat

Website chat interactions are not counted towards your monthly minutes allowance and are included without restriction under normal use.

7. Abuse and Misuse

This policy is not intended to restrict legitimate business use. However, NBA AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where usage appears automated, artificial, or otherwise outside the scope of normal business call handling.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time. Where changes affect your included allowance or overage rates, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.
